The Terms of Service must be agreed upon before the start of a commission. Please read this page carefully. If you have any questions or concerns about my terms, you are free to bring them up before I start!If any terms are broken, your commission will be terminated and a refund will be given according to the progress of the piece. If terms are broken after, a DMCA/Take Down notice will be issued, and you will be blacklisted from future commissions.

Terms of Service

-You must be 18 or over, no matter the subject, to order a commission from me.-I ask that communication be kept to one platform: Either VGen or Discord. I will not hop back and forth.-You must have a reference, whether that is a detailed description, a collage of art/non-art reference materials, or a full art piece. However, the price will vary depending on how much I have to work with.-Art of other's characters can only be done with the owner's permission, whether personal or stated openly. If that can not be provided, I can not take the commission.-I will not do paid art of celebrities or the like, no exceptions.-Art of yourself or someone in your immediate company is subject to consideration, but I will ask for verification.-I can and will refuse any commission at my discretion.-Further terms and details will be specified on each commission option on VGen.-------------Please note: I am a slow artist, and health problems out of my control. I do my best to get commissions out ASAP, but 4-6 weeks is not out of the ordinary. Because of this, I do not take rush jobs, as it's just not something I can do. Please plan your commissions accordingly.

Use of Art

-The commissionee is permitted to repost the art, so long as credit is linked back to one of my socials, and the watermark is unaltered/cropped. However, it is preferred to share it from one of my socials if possible. i.e retweet or linking from my twitter.-Art that is used in Crypto, NFT, or for AI generation is strictly prohibited.-Editing or altering the art or the watermark in anyway without my permission is explicitly prohibited.-Claiming the art as your own, whether from tracing over or claiming your created it, is prohibited.-Using the commission for profit or commercial use is prohibited unless a contract is in use.-Art will be delivered as a PNG or JPG, full resolution will be delivered upon request.-Personally printing of the art is allowed

Payments and Refunds

-Payment is listed and will be payed in USD. I accept payment through Paypal invoice or VGen.-Should the commissioner need a refund, a full refund will only be issued during the sketch phase, 50% for linework, and no refund will be given once coloring is started or lines are completed. Please let me know as soon you can if you need a refund.-All commissions under $200 must be paid up front, anything over that can be paid in a 50/50 split between starting and completion, should the commissionee desire.-Commissions are on a first come, first serve basis.-Communication is key. If you are contacted and I don't hear back from you within 6 weeks, your commission will be paused until contact resumes. You will also not retain your place in the queue.
